A friend has had their laptop for around two weeks. Went to turn it on this morning and the screen barely works. It comes up with the initial VAIO sign and as soon as it progresses past this it is an almost black screen. all lights are still on and the drives/fans are still going.
Anyone know any simple fixes for this as the sony support centre is shut for today?
