Hi guys, does anyone know what do to when following the 3 steps for updating the VAIO VGF-AP1L and you can't complete the first step cause you aren't able to paste the files onto the player for some reason? When i drag the files unto it, i get this:
"The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error"
