Vaiozone on custom PC?

Hi i have a S2XP vaio laptop and the vaio software is awesome, i have a lounge custom made PC and i wondered if it is possible to get vaiozone onto it and stream music etc between machines.

Sadly, Sony only make it so it works on VAIO PCs
