WGN-T2XP - hard disk replacement

Hello, the hard disk on my Vaio went down one month after the warranty expired....

Does anyone have any experience with hard disk change on this Vaio? Is the hard disk accessible by loosening the screws on bottom of the computer? Which hard disk should I use for the replacement?
