hello all, i have bought a sony vaio laptop SVE1112M1E. the first installation of windows 8 took about 4 hours, i contact sony and they told me that it was normal.
a month later i couldn't log in windows 8, so i had to re-install windows 8, from vaio assist program. it took 7 hours and 30 minutes.
sony told me again that it is a normal time for windows 8.
can anypne inform me if this is normal? because i believe that something is wrong.
