My Norton 360 keeps highlighting an error 5013,3. After several 'fixes' using norton power eraser the error still comes up. It looks like I need to replace the Windows base filtering engine component but Microsoft has bounced it to the manufacturer!! Help!! Anyone know how on earth I can resolve it??
