WF-1000XM4 dropping connection to one of the earbuds when paused for 30 seconds

My WF-1000XM4 had this problem from the beginning. But was okay casue it happened very rarely. Few days ago it received an update, version 1.3.3 and after receiving the update this one earbud drop out is occurring all the time whenever I pause an audio or a video. The earbud reconnects upon putting it back to its case and waering it again. I haven't buy a £250 earbuds to tolerate such an issue just after a year that a very basic and cheap earbuds in the market do not have. I started to loose the trust for SONY's audio product that I had before and hope sony will fix this issue in a future update.

Hi @mrashid970811, that's annoying, have you tried resetting them to factory settings to check?

Hi @Griffin_door . I tried restting and initializing etc before posting the message on this community. Nothing changed. There must some issues with the firmware update version 1.3.3.
