Hi, I have paid very good money for these headsets but I am really struggling to use these on Teams calls on my computer. The mic picks up all the ambient sound and irritating other people on the call. My £100 Jabra headset has superior mic noise cancellation than these £250 headsets. Does Sony have a fix? I have used all the device control options that Teams offers and that has made zero difference. Desperate! Please help.

It appears to me that the ANC is set to be on automatic mode, and the speak to chat is activated. Check how to turn it off: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wh1000xm5/v1/en/contents/TP1000536742.html?search=speak
