Can't access camera on any web browsers

Hi there, 

When I need to use a camera on a web site my Sony Xperia Xz just freezes. I have tried chrome, Firefox, Opera, dolphin to name a few. Surely there's a way around this as I would like to do is cam?

which websites are you testing? perhaps this is not supported but do share the links so we can test it.
