Can't control the volume with the volume buttons on the side of my phone

Since the last update yesterday I cant controll the volym on the phone with the buttoms on the side of the phone.

Any one with same problem?

Hi @Rob1975, sorry to hear about this.

I would recommend that you start with testing both the volume up and volume down buttons in the inbuilt test in the phone. You can find the test in Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Volume up button / Volume down button. The phone will vibrate when you test them and if it does, they are working as they should.

If both of them work in here, try rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you are able to control the volume when third party applications aren't loaded, so we can make sure that not one of them is the cause of you not being able to control the volume.

Sorry this late reply. I tried to check it out the way you suggested but did not work in there either. But after something about switches came up and I did those adjustment it work just fine.
