Charging problem

Hello guys, my xperia x dont charge when its on only when the device turn off... Its since the little update... (1.3.2017) anyone have a solution for this issue?

if you recently updated your device try to perform a software repair using Xperia companion

try to check if the ports are loose. charge using the wallmount adapter.
