I bought a Xperia X Dual Sim(F5122)a few months ago & now i had a display(touch)problem. I went to Sony Service Centre for repairing it. They asked for charges cause i could not provide the warranty card eventhough i bought it from same dealer. i explained them that i lost the warranty card but this model is out in the market less than a year. But they refused to take it. I checked on line support & warranty is up to 19/08/2017. So in future, we must keep the warranty card till it's expaired or refer to Sony's support on line?
