Nothing happens when connection is made via USB from phone to computer with Windows 7 or 10 where Xperia Companion is started. What to do or what is missing? Driver?
@stenen when you do connect your phone, is Windows trying to recognize the device? Do you get the notification tone warning about a connection? Can you see your phone connected in the Explorer as an external storage unit?
