Hi, hoping someone can help me with this as my phone has just deleted 3 months of my family pictures, including my kids. I tried to transfer my photos from my phone to a hard drive as normal, but my photos weren't in the DCMI file like usual, just a few that were edited, from WhatsApp etc. We looked everywhere for them but no trace and no hidden file, although I could see them on my phone. Hubby suggested I transfer them directly onto my phone's memory card, which I did. No interruptions and got a notification to say files transferred successfully. But, again nothing on memory card and gone from my phone too! I've tried everything from file managers to google backups, but nothing there. I've had a couple of forums about this being a common problem, but can't find any solution to it. Does anyone have any idea what to do about this, or can someone from Sony comment please. I feel like Ive just lost 3ontjs of my kids growing up and can't stop sobbing. Hugely grateful for any help you good people can give me. Thank you.
