Xperia x compact won't charge with portable battery pack

I have a tonbux 50000mAh portable battery pack. It used to work fine with my Xperia z3 compact but it will not properly charge my X. It will charge for a bit and then completely stop. I've changed the cable thinking it was that, but it still won't charge properly or more often than not, at all. Any suggestions.

Sorry to hear about that, can you clarify if the handset charges as per normal when on charge via a wall socket and PC or does this only happen with the Power Bank.

If it is only the Power Bank then this is likely related to the third party device then the handset, it may be worth contacting them directly.

It charges fine from the wall, it's just the power pack. The power pack isn't faulty though as it powers up an ipad, a Hudl, a Samsung phone and my old Xperia z3 compact. It just will not charge the X compact.

It may not be faulty, however, it may just not be 100% compatible the manufacturer will be able to provide more details in regards to their product and what it should work with.
