my device automatically shut down after 15% of charge does not turn on only because the charger is not charged, the notification light is always on, please help

Hi @seözdemir, sorry to hear about this.

Have you tried forcing the phone to restart while the phone is plugged in to the charger? To do this, press and hold down the power key and the volume up key at the same time for 6 seconds. When the device vibrates once, release the buttons. The device restarts. If the force restart do not work, try to do a two minute restart. In order to do this, follow the steps below.

1. Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key for 120 seconds, ignoring any vibrations.
2. Charge the device until a charging icon appears on the screen.
3. Turn on your device.
