hello, phone no longer chargers, when i do attempt to troubleshoot the issue by using various other usb ports and charge cables the result is usually a severely overheated, dangerous phone that has resulted in burns to myself and brother and no result regarding the phone, the mobile is now completely without battery.
suggestions and advice welcome!
