I have Xperia XA1 Ultra with Android 7.0 and I wont to have Android 8.0.

Today is 05.07.2022, what shud I do.

Tap settings > System > About phone and check if there's an update available. If not, you can do it manually via Xperia companion, but don't forget to create a back first.
