Big problems with mms on z3

Need help. I can't send or receive mms on z3. I have been over the settings many times and just can't figure out where the problem is. Contacted my operator and everything is ok. Nothing seems to be working. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Try refreshing your APN settings:

- Go to Settings -> More... -> Mobile Networks -> Access Pint Names -> Delete MMS settings, restrat your phone.

- Go to Settings -> More... -> Internet settings (download settings for MMS), restart your phone again.

- Check MMS working or not.

Do you have a nano sim card or micro sim card? Also, do you have stamina mode on or off?

Try booting on safe mode and check if you still have problems with mms. Also, does your friends have data on all the time?

Tried both as suggested. Still not working. Message was not send on safe mode either. Yes, friends have data on all the time and i have tried to send message to many different numbers. I always get the same text 'cannot send. Message will be sent when service is available again'.

This seems to be a faulty sim card, get a brand new nano sim card

Did you try other Messaging apps, like Google Messenger or Hangouts?

I called my operator once more before i would go and get new sim card and this guy found the problem. Last time they said everything is fine 🙂 My old cell phone plan needed to be destroyed completely and they created new one. Problem fixed and mms is now working.
