Black screen

Hi, I just got my Xperia Z3 today and was using it normally when my screen just went completely black. No light, nothing. I can use the screen as if it was displaying items, but I don't see anything.

I am currently running PCC and preparing the repair to see if it works.

Please give me advice.

To further add, I had just put the water in some water. But I can assure you that the flaps were WELL closed. When I had put it in water, I activated the touch block. No idea if that helps or not.

Already repaired it, still has the same issue. Please help. I literally just got the phone from the UK today. I don't want to have to ship it back.

I'm sorry to say this but you will have to contact Sony Xperia Care UK to get it checked (request a vacuum test).
