Can't select phone ringtone.

I keep selecting a ringtone for my phone but everytime I choose one It keeps returning to none. Please help me guyz..

First,try to reset app preferences in settings-apps-all. After that, choose a ringtone from internal .Does the same occur?

There's no app preferences though. Just app settings

There should be 3 dots in the right corner,tap on it and select reset app preferences.

It doesn't work. I really have no idea what's wrong. I notice that everytime someone calls there's no ringtone just vibration. And the phone ringtone settings cant be change, I keep selecting some tones but it still returning to None. Please help me

Do you have ringtones on external SD?
