Cannot find application shortcut

Hi,

I just updated my phone to the Android lollipop version. some of the installed applications which i checked in both the settings and google play are still installed but i can't find their shortcut on the applicatiob tab.

I was able to create a shortcut for them in the home screen but still i can't find them when i press the application tab in all ways (installed, alphabetical,...)

I restarted my phone but still nothing new.

Were those apps moved to the external card?

Have you tried doing some of the basics, such as restarting the handset?
