No matter what I have tried to do, I cannot update my phone and there is an icon at the top of my phone which won't go away. When I click on it, it takes me to the update centre and says that I can only update my phone via a computer or laptop and not my phone. So when I go onto the Sony website, there is nothing saying the update that my phone requires and I have no idea to get my phone updated or get rid of the icon at the top of my phone. How can this be resolved please?
