Drop down notification bar lags a lot!!!!

The bar swipes down normal...but when we have a notification incoming to the phone and the exact time we swipe it down it gets hanged n stops in between...annoying issue...please fix!!!

I suggest that you try to repair the phone software using PC Companion..
