i was tring  to flash official rom to my sony xperia z2

i first install flashtool with drivers and download ftf 

then flash rom then that happen

Yes and no, You can use EMMA, assuming that you are allowed to unlock the bootloader, with that said, its NOT worth it to unlock the bootloader at all, you will lose more than the warranty. 

If my above suggestion doesn't work, then download flashtool again, perhaps a different version and try again.

I experienced the same problem a couple of days ago and managed to solve it. Just make sure you chose the two Xperia Z2 drivers, Flashmode and fastboot drivers, and the "Common drivers Shinano board" when installing flashtool drivers. If the problem persists, just install all the drivers.

Additional info: Before flashing, change the USB connection type to MSC, activate USB debugging and allow the unknown sources from the security settings.
