Hai this is sravan,recently I took a new sony e3 mobile 15 days ago...unfortunately I lost the handset ...for a new mobile I work very hardly and buy this mobile. Now I lost the mobile .I need aN big help frm sony support team to trace out my mobile. And imei num is

Hi Glpsravankumar, welcome to the community!

If you previously have set up myXperia you can log into the website using either a google account or sony entertainment network account & see if that locates the phone. You can also try Android Device Manager. Please note: For either of these trackers to locate the phone the phone needs to be on, have an internet connection, have Location Services turned on & my Xperia turned on. If just one of these is not activated unfortunately your phone won't be found.

Reading this type of threads really make me upset. Two years ago i had a Xperia Z which was lost because of my foolishness. I tried very hard to find it like filed complaint, used android device manager but had no luck.

I feel that at this point, security wise Iphones are better than Android phones.
