Heat issue on Z2 (whige playing)

Hi , I've many heat issue with my Z2 , while playing , or doing simple task on it , I did check the heat some app 

and so far the heat went to 65 ° the area that is very hot is near to camera , what I should do? is that issue can cause some sort of screen break or others?

If you are syncing multiple apps and/or services or have a background apps, such as taskillers, antivirus, booster apps, ram apps, clean apps, etc, your phone will get hot faster, there's no way around it. 

As long as you visit secure websites and download apps from the playstore you will be ok, at the end of the day, it's up to you to decide how to customize your phone.

Thank you uliwooly. But I don't have taskillers,  booster apps, ram apps, clean apps.  I only had Avast grime fighter and avast security. Besides I have an app called Greenify, which I use to force stop most of my apps. For example I force stop avast grime fighter and whatsapp and so on I stop most apps which I want to. I usually have a 1.3 or 1.4 gb of free ram. What do you think about this. Thank you again.

This is what I would do

repair the phone with PCC > uninstall any preinstall antivirus app > do NOT install any app > do NOT update any app either > download the game > test again

Thank you uliwooly so much. If you don't mind I've got one other question. I didn't update to lollipop yet, and My phone is on the kit kat . I mean i didn't install any system update for the phone. So should I do a PCC repair?

PC Companion phone repairwill do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory.

Thank you Quester. I'll upgrade to lollipop and see ifthere is a difference. One of my friends upgraded to lollipop and his phone did and do strange things and this is why I didn't upgrade to lollipop till now. I'll do it and see the changes.
