How to check whether my phone is refurbished or not

It has been a week or so that I've bought a Xperia z2. I wanted to ask how tocheck whether i've bought a factory-new or refurbished phone?

If you buy it from an authorized Sony distributor, or if it's sealed with the agent's or Sony's seal, then it's most probably new. Authorized distributors will label refurbished phones clearly and will not scam you.
