message saying WiFi not working

I keep getting an error message on my z3c saying the WiFi is not working. This message appears whenever I leave phone and unlock after 15-20 minutes no matter where I am if it is connected to WiFi. If have stamina mode activated but have disabled anything relating to WiFi.
