Missing icons in Lollipop's quick-settings panel

I am experiencing the following behavior in my Xperia:

It is important to notice that I didn't removed such icons, because IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. When you remove/insert icons on this panel, they auto arrange in this screen. So it is not possible to leave the screen with these "holes".

This happens when I switch users in the phone. The guest user does not have the same icons than the proprietary, so when I switch back, my icons are not restored. To workaround I have to edit this menu and move any icon, or restart the phone. Very annoying.

Does anyone also experience this problem?

I have seen this on z3 tablet compact.But after you switch to owner account, tap on done and they should show up.

@alexdon, actually, I need to edit the panel and move any icon to show the missing icons again. A phone restart works as well also.

However, a workaround is not what I am seaching for. What I really want is to remove this bug at all, since it is very annoying.

And if you tap done,aren't the icons showing up? For me it worked on the tablet.
