Because these are third party applications it is difficult to troubleshoot. You may wish to contact the application developers for more assistance, especially with the Line issue.
Do you get any error message before your phone shuts down?
Try your phone in safe mode and see if you experience the same thing. Safe mode will start your phone with only the pre-installed applications loaded so you will be unable to use Line, but it will isolate if the issue is caused by an app or by the phone.
Again you're in a situation where it's third party apps that are causing the issue. I recommend you contact the developers of the apps you're having problems with. You can do this from the apps store page.
