No Sound after 16hrs continues use in my Xperia L(C2104)

If i want use my phone with all facilities like,sound,speed..... Etc i want to switch off my phone after 15 hrs....or NO SOUNDS......

Boot on safe mode and if the problem its gone then its a third party app.
