I bought my Z3+ less than 2 months ago, completely fell inlove with it. Even took it to the beach and pool a few times. Last Friday it got dirty so I thought maybe to wash with tap water. After doing so, the screen began to fade and then come back again, for 4-5 times, then it blackened completely and now doesn't work at all. The phone itself works, recieving messages and calls, but my beautiful screen doesn't work. I am very very disappointed, I had to downgrade back to an iPhone 4, I have an important event next week in which I wanted to use the phone and its gorgeous camera. Now I have to wait for at least a month until my dad goes back to Bangkok to try and get the Sony warranty take care of this. I hope they will. Anyhow, the indicator is still white so I did everything right! I hope Sony will take resposibility because I really like this company.
