Outlook Sync Problem

Hi

When I try and sync using sony PC companion it first reads the phone contact ok, then when it starts reading the Outlook Contacts it hangs on record 192 every time. Shows an error screen thenc loses PC campanion.

PC Comaninion and Phone are both upto date

Any help appreicated

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

have you tried finding that record within Outlook and removing and replacing it? This may simply be that one contact that is causing this issue.

I still have the same sync problem deleted what I thought was the 192 contact (also 190 191 194 195 just in case) and still hangs on 190!

Help wll be appreciated
