Regarding on my 3rd job number: pgw69273 - Sems Services Sdn.Bhd. service center at Prangin Mall, Pulau Pinang.
Please follow up immediately on my job number as I must to get back the replacement unit by this week before Friday(20-March-2015), do take note I might not be available to collect my phone after this week. please concern on my inconvenience situation and escalate to relevant team as well to high priority service/replacement unit expedite if any necessary!
Your prompt respond are much appreciated as I have been waiting to collect back the replacement unit since 2nd of January 2015 until now, I'm very frustrated and disappointed to Sony backend services!
I hope to heard the good news shortly before I call to your team again and again to chasing on this! Also, please do not tell me the stock is not avaiable at this moment or any perfunctory reason, these are unacceptable reason as I have given the enough repair period to you team to solve my issues.
Kindly get the in-charge person to make a call to me at 19th March 2015 before 12PM to update my case status! Once I won't receive any call from you team, I will call back to chase per hour daily!

I have same issues now!I call them now one response! I email them, no response! Its already 2 weeks after i sent my phone there! and I don't even know how long it will take! I check my repair status! It is under repair! what to do?
