Problem with Xperia J. Needing OS re-install.

Dear support crew,

Sorry for my poor language. I perchased my Xperia J about a month ago. After a while I downloaded your PC Companion, like your website recommended to. Then it asked me to update it via usb. I started the update, but somehing went wrong and the update broke after about 10 minutes (my guess is that it happened because of my old and slow netbook). The device went off and never turned on again. It gets stuck on the "SONY" loadsreen every time i try to start it. At the service office (not Sony) they told me that the OS and the "downloader" (whatever they meant by that) had eliminated. No idea how that happened, but my warranty doesn't include anything connected to soft problems. What can I do to make my phone work? Maybe i can install Android form elsewhere, but i don't want those customs.

that doesn't quite make sense but ok, connect your phone to the wall charger > press and hold the power button and volume up for 8 seconds > let it charge for 1hr then try to repair your phone with PCCompanion

A friend of mine has an xperia j. She updated the OS to the latest version and after that it doesn't connect to any wireless. I checked it. After I changed the sim card from Iranian operator to Dubai operator and reset to factory default, it wireless got connected with no problem. Whenever I change the sim card with iranian sims, it won't connect to any wireless network and in my home, I just change the sim card or even take the sim card out and after a reset to factory, the wireless works good.

How can I fix the problem?
