problems during calls - microphone works fine

Hi,

I've changed my display a few days ago, obviously because it crashed after being dropped from ~30 centimeters. Everything seemed to work fine, the only problem was with the broken screen.

But today, during several phonecalls, I was told that they hear me sunk, like I was in a jar or something, and sometimes with few cracklings. 

Microphone works fine, I checked it, signal good, 5.1.1 android.

What to do, what to do?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test the microphone

but as I said, i've tested the microphone and it works just fine. it seems to be problematic only on phone calls

It could be a faulty SIM card
