If you get the WiFi version you won't be ablet to use a SIM card.
What you posted is a Z3 tablet compact wifi only version.
Sorry sgp-712 i buy, but on french website it's noticed sim free...
That's the WiFi version, SIM free in the sense that it's not locked to a carrier/network branded.
