Slow Charging

Hy guys,

Recently my Xperia SP has been facing some problems about battery charge. Before this problem, my phone was able to charge from 10% until 100% in maximum of 2 hours in power plug or 3 hours with usb connect. Now it takes about 2 hours only to charge 10/15% of battery.

I´ve already tried to use different usb cables and even have done a factory reset with PC companion, butt the problem still persists.

Anyone can help me about this?

What if you charge the phone while it's in airplane mode or powered off? Does it still charge this slow?

Hello Hampus,

I let the phone charging about 1 hour with the power off, only charged 1%.

I think the battery is damaged. Any advice?

You could try different cables and chargers but contact your local Sony Xperia support
