Hello,
I am using Sony Experia E C1505 phone and I have been facing a problem from past few weeks that my phone shuts off suddenly and won't turn on for few minutes to hour once. It is random and doesn't happen at particular battery level. After several attempts or sometime, it switches on but this thing has happened few times now and this is frustrating. Can anybody tell me the possible reason?
Also I searched for the repair stores in Manchester, UK, and I couldn't find any official Sony repair store for phones. All I found were for cameras and TVs. Please reply if you know anything about the problem.
