sound degradation

Hi sony,
I have purchased xperia e 1505 few days ago and Im facing with multiple issues: fm radio stalling, camera is unusable with blurry images, phone app is stucking, overall poor performance (freezing on wake up), but most disturbing is sound quality wich degraded to almost silent - playing miusic is no more option since it's wisspering. I also purchased another LG device from same category/price (specification - you guess wich one), which is running much more apps without any pproblems. Sony e is on 11.3.A.2.13, do you have idea/advice how to improve sound quality that was almost ok when I bought it? This is embarrasing, esspecialy because it's comming from Sony.

You just found out! (all their phones have issues like this)

Sony products are brought for one reason alone and that reason is because they want a Sony product ......no matter how bad it gets a Sony guy sticks with sony

Sound degradation was very much there after updating to 11.3.A.2.23 .Before updating to this, the problem was there only whe the Surround sound option is enabled. now surprisingly the surround sound option itslef is not available in the walkman app!!!. Not an action expected from SONY.

My problem were fixed with 11.3.A.2.23.
They said that surround sound option was causing lag in music.. So they removed it
Try repairing your phone with Sony pc companion Or sus

to avoid sound glitches , deselect surround sound in sound enhansement option.

hi sony, i always believe in sony quality so only i purchased Edual (C1604) 6 months ago , iam hearing a anouing noise while talking ,it is not echo ,the noise is like flapping or teared speaker , it is annoying ,i tried service center but still issue exist,clear me if any software or hardwar issue , i dont find it is an network isssue , because every thing is fine for past 6 months
