Strange screen phenomena...

   Does anybody experienced this on xperia Z3? it happens while scrolling social networks pages or in home screen as well as playing games.... keys on the bottom are working if you press in the right point.

                                                                                   

Any idea?

installed several times PCC but didn't recognise the phone, so I cannot try a repair.

My phone has 3 months, mint conditions, few light apps (2 or 3 games) installed.

if I try to capture the screen, in the video everithing is ok; if I turn the phone, the problem remain in the same area (doesn't turn)...

That's a hardware issue, contact your local Xperia Support

Thanks for your feedback. I was thinking about a software issue since the keys are working even if not visible. Next days I'll try to contact local support...

I read bad things about Sony policy regarding screen repair. Hope will not my case since my screen is not cracked.

I'll be back as soon as I have some news.

I installed PCC, follow instructions, but, when I plug the phone, PCC does not find him. Is there any option on my phone (xperia Z3) to be verified? I noticed that, probably after lollipop update, it is not possible to charge the phone by connecting it to a pc via usb cable. When I plug the cable, I can hear the sound from my PC which says that something has been connected via usb. Does anybody have some suggestion?

Check your device manager to see if you have a driver issue also I've read that some have issues when connecting via a USB 3.0 port
