unlocking bootloader and rooting

Hi guys !! i am new to sony forums ..

i Have just bought a new sony xperia e3 , everyting is pretty good , but the problem comes for storage . the storage is too low .. i wanted to install heavy games like real racing 3 , etc.. But i cant bcoz system apps take a lot of storage ..

so i just wanted to root 

i used more tham a thousand of ways but i cant ; adb , kingo , framaroot ,srs root , unlock root  ,  z4root , root master , etc.

But i waant know if i unlock my bootloader can i  root my phone ; and also after unlocking bootloader will i get the official updates that sony provides ???

also help me if i can root without unlocking bootloader...

Have you tried Towelroot or checked XDA for ways to root without unlocking the bootloader?

If you unlock the bootloader you will be notified of new updates but the update will fail due to modified software being deleted
