Update centre apps cannot install back?

I was deleted my update centre apps ,how can I install back the apps"update centre "my phone is t2 ultra thank you

Update centre is gone in lollipop, Sony pushes updates via google play now and via what's new app. This has been asked before however.

I want to install back update centre but I cannot found it on play store .apk also can not install why??
