I want to know the warranty start and expiring date for my sony xperia z1 mobile phone. Its IMEI number is . Actually i want to know whether its an original or duplicate handset as i purchased it online.

Hi,

I had purchased Sony Xperia z1 C6903 online from www.paytm.com in india. After 3 months of use it gave some mic issue so i went to authorized sony service center named SONNET CARE at BANGALORE. But they told this model c6903 is not commercilized in india so they cant take it for servicing to avail warranty. I asked them to give this response in written format to show the online seller as prove of truth. But they are not giving in written. Now i suspect that are they really telling true. Please reply sir.
