Wifi and Bluetooth issues

Hello ladies and gentlemen. I'm curious about one thing, does anybody have problems with Wifi and Bluetooth? For example, my Wifi and Bluetooth are not turning on at all and this happened after update, but i think, maybe my antenna is dead or maybe, there's a problem with chipset. If anybody have these problems, please tell me, so i know if it's an update or it's my phone

Thank you in advance for answering

Hi @Crave

Please, boot your device into safe mode as explained here. If this issue is not present in this mode, that indicates a third party app is causing the problem. In this case exit Safe Mode and then un-install any third party apps you don't need and clear the cache/data for the apps you want to keep. You can also check this link that can be useful for you:

Hello @xavinux and @uliwooly

I already made a safe mode, power + volume up,down, both buttons combo, yellow button, but neither Wifi nor Bluetooth is working. When i scrool the top panel and tap on Wifi or Bluetooth, they doesn't shine. I'll to do a repair (for the 3rd time) and i'll tell you if it'll get fixed or not. Thank you for helping

P.S. i went to "local" Sony centre (in Azerbaijan) and they told me one interesting thing, they'll replace Wifi/Bluetooth antenna, but there's a chance that after this process it'll not turn on. I think it means that their technician can "inadvertently" fry my mother board while trying to replace antenna. What do you think about it?

I made a repair and i found one interesting phenomenon. When i tried turning on the Wifi or Bluetooth, they turned on and the Wifi MAC address was showing in phone's properties. After one minute though, the Wifi and Bluetooth turned off and i got a system message, saying that System UI and Bluetooth Share have stopped working. My MAC address disappeared, of course. During this one minute, the only thing i did, was turning off Network notification, maybe that triggered it to crash. The battery is still draining like crazy, but i read a lot of comments here and this is the latest firmware's fault.
