wont load past main start up screen

Hi I went to go charge my Sony and when I went to go turn it back on it dosent load past the Sony ericsson and droid screens. Usually when it loads up the main screen comes on after the droid screen, but now all that happens is it gos Sony ericsson and then droid, Sony ericsson and then droid. It will charge just fine, it just wont open up the hole way. =( pleeeese help!

As far as what exact kind it is im not sure.... I know its an xperia play and is a very old one...lol... and I didnt see that up in the choices. but the # is R800x or SI 1245-7194 or S/N: CB5A1CXL3Q.

Charge the phone for 1 hour,connect to pc and repair with sony update service.

Yea I think I did that, it said I had the latest version for my phone and I also downloaded PC companion or whatever its called...idk. and still nothing???

It does not matter if it says you have the latest version,you need to reinstall the actual software.
