Hello community,

I'm having issues with my Xperia z2 screen. In particular, when I press a sector of the screen with one finger, it recognizes two touches instead one (only happens in the middle):

The image above shows the center of the screen being touched with one finger.

If someone had the same and could solve it, please help me.

Any help is appreciated.

Do you have glove mode on? Do you have a protective film on?

I'm not using any protective film and I haven't activated glove mode. I even did factory reset twice and the problem persists.

Test it with other touchscreen tester apps, just to be certain

If another application provides the same result, then I can only advise that the handset be taken back to the place of purchase or sent through to one of our repair agents for assessment.
