After Update My Z3 in last few Days,There's a Problem on my Z3,When I using a docking to charge my z3 in power off And after charging complete in100%,When I press the power button to check,the battery icon disappeared,but in charging until 100%,the battery icon become in normal state to show percentage,is that software problem or hardware problem?Thanks!!

In personalization-status bar icons,there is an option called show battery level.Is it enabled?

No,it's in power off state to charge the phone,when I press the power button ,the icon when the charging state in100% will disappeared, no icon show when I press power button again

If the device has been 100% charged,it might dissapear. This was the case in older firmwares for Xperia P,Xperia S etc. Maybe it is firmware related.
