Z5 and USB 3 issues

Hi all,

I have a Z5 and when I plug it into a usb 3 port on my laptop it connects and disconnects and keeps doing this in a neverending loop.

When I try it on my wifes laptop with a usb2 port all is well and it connects and stays connected. When I plug it into her usb 3 port it doens the same connection problems as above.

Does anybody have a resolve or workaround for this as my laptop only has usb 3.

This is issue might be related to USB 3.0 ports and USB 2.0 ports. And just to confirm you using the cable came with the Z5.

yes cable that came with the phone. It now disconnects about every minute and then re connects straight away.
